The junk mill drills out metal objects, cement and multi-stage fracturing ports while circulating through ports in mill body as a part of intervention in oil, gas and exploratory wells.
The mill consists of a durable alloy steel and cutting-grinding braze of crushed tungsten carbide in nickel/brass matrix and carbide inserts at the end face and flanks of the mill. The mill has thread at the top and circulation ports and orifices at the end face and flanks for efficient cooling and effective removal of cutting.
It is available in left- and right-hand configurations.
